So, you know that house we put an offer in on? You guessed it, they did in fact accept our offer. We don't have keys yet; but, we've done all the escrow paper work and signed a boatload of documents and now we're just waiting for all of our loan stuff to go through.
It's a smaller three bedroom, one bath house, on a quarter acre one town away from where we currently live. It's in excellent shape and looks so adorable. There will be a few things that we need to do before we move in, but really it's not much at all.
